It was my first time selling a property and I’m glad I went with Brian through a friend’s referral. Brian walked me through the selling process from start to finish and planned every detail for me. He answered every question or concern I have and put me at ease since it was my first time. He provided a very accurate estimate of my property’s market value and even the estimated time on the market. He also provided free staging, minor repairs, photo taking and video filming, and final cleaning which really transformed the house into a home that really amazed me. The selling process was all handled by Brian and he made it a breeze for me since he handled everything and all I did was agree to the negotiated price. In short, I give Brian my highest recommendations to anyone who is considering selling their properties without reservation.
