Evangeline serves a wide range of clients in the area but specializes in working with retirees, guiding them through both the buying and selling process. In addition to two decades of property management experience, Evangeline received her broker license in 2007 and has professional certificates in interior design and probate sales.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Evangeline worked as a medical assistant for a general surgeon. She also has ample volunteer experience and has worked as a co-facilitator for the LATI Chill Out program, which aims to empower the local youth. When Evangeline is not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending quality time with her seven adult children and soon-to-be 14 grandchildren. In her free time, Evangeline enjoys home renovation shows, football, baseball, basketball, gardening, and cooking. She also enjoys reading and listening to music, and she recently wrote a screenplay.
